This lab is organized to learn basic and critical Nursing Care with the help of manikins’ and simulators, models & modules (Variety of adult and pediatric). The lab helps to develop the life form absolutely realistic & evolutionally nursing skills through ‘hands on training’ under confine us supervision & guidance by expert teaching faculties. Students are trained in basic Nursing procedures & Advanced procedures. This lab consists of cots with mattresses, charts, mannequins, advanced Nursing Models, Instruments & Articles necessary for procedure demonstration.

This lab ensure the students to learn home visiting, bag techniques and practice the community health nursing while providing family health care at the door steps of the clients using modified home visiting kits, the lab is equipped with variety of audio-visual material to practice health teaching in the community. Spacious, ventilated & well equipped with seating arrangements and charts, posters, models, health education plans. Health folders & records related to services provided to the adopted villages are maintained by students.

Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing. The lab is equipped with various manikins, models, palpation modules, birth simulations & charts to develop hands on skills under the continuous guidance & supervision. Students are trained in Advanced procedures and stills related to the specialty. This lab consists of cot with mattress, charts, mannequins, delivery model, instruments & articles necessary for midwifery procedure demonstration.

This lab is designed to arrist the leaner to acquire wide range of knowledge of dietetics in Indian settings & to understand the concepts of “Nutrition, Health & Disease” while planning the diet for individual & groups in the hospital & in the community.
